Most passionate about bringing out the best in others, Issa Allison is thrilled to be your District Treasurer. After serving as a member and then a club treasurer in Key Club, Issa looks forward to making a larger impact on the community while learning more about large-scale finances.
Issa is a rising senior at James S. Rickards High School and hopes to one day pursue an education at Harvard Law. To him, making a positive impact through his career is an important part of his prospective future. If not Harvard, though, Issa remarked that he is a big fan of his home city of Tallahassee and would love to go to Florida State University as a start to his higher education. Regardless of his path, Issa is excited to use his Key Club roles to elevate his future experiences.
From managing finances of the District, to helping clubs fundraise, and to providing monetary resources for service projects, Issa’s role as District Treasurer is one of high importance. Issa also has multiple goals for this service year, including: frequent correspondence with the District board, improving the scholarships for DCON, and raising money for the Endowment Fund. Treasurer Issa is exemplary at making money make sense and enjoys using his people skills to ensure the District understands its finances. He plans to navigate the upcoming dues season with a positive attitude, consistent communication, and plenty of resources for clubs.
In addition to his many extracurricular activities such as Boy’s State, Issa loves to relax by listening to Polyphia, watching Outer Banks, or eating jollof rice. With a strong love of character building, an always happy demeanor, and a goal to make a difference, Issa will surely help make this year great!
