What is DCON?
DCON or District Education and Leadership Conference is a 4-day event full of leadership, education, service, and connection between more than 1,000 Key Clubbers from across the Florida District. The 88th Annual DCON will be held at the Ocean Center Convention Center in Daytona Beach, FL, taking place from Thursday, April 16th, to Sunday, April 19th. Lodging for DCON will be at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. This year’s DCON theme is…Cirque Du Service! This is a fun-filled, service minded event that will be the thrill of a lifetime and a journey to remember!
Important Information
- November 1, 2025 – DCON Registration Opens
- January 15, 2026 – Board DCON Registration Closes
- February 13, 2026 – DCON Registration Closes
- February 20, 2026 – DCON Payments Due
- March 3, 2026 – All Chaperones must have a Background Check through Kiwanis International on file
- April 16-19, 2026 – 88th Annual District Education and Leadership Conference in Daytona Beach, FL
Registration Costs
Here are the registration costs for DCON 2025:
- Quad (4 to a Room): $370 per person
- Triple (3 to a Room): $470 per person
- Double (2 to a Room): $570 per person
- Single (1 to a Room): $770 per person

Transportation/Parking Costs:
Attendees driving themselves to the conference can park in the Ocean Center Parking Garage for a fee of $20 per day.
