Hello Mighty Florida District,
My name is Eleanor Koh and I am your 2025–2026 District Governor and I am so excited to be serving you this year. Thank you for the opportunity to lead this district full of service-oriented and passionate Key Clubbers. I can’t wait to see what we all can accomplish together.
My Leadership Journey
Prior to becoming governor, I proudly served as District Webmaster. I managed the district website, oversaw social media platforms, and streamlined online communication to keep members informed and engaged. This role taught me the value of intentional leadership and strengthened my ability to serve others with clarity, purpose, and consistency.
As your current District Governor, I lead our District Board of Trustees, including 41 Lieutenant Governors, 8 Standing Committees, and the Executive Committee. I ensure they are supported in serving their divisions and meeting district goals. Additionally, I represent the Florida District on the Key Club International Council, helping connect our district to the global Key Club community.
Vision for the Year
In my current role, I’m focused on three major goals:
- Implementing our Large-Scale Service Project
- Strengthening district-wide communication
- Expanding our membership to 25,000 members
Each of these goals is rooted in my vision of a more connected, inclusive, and impactful Florida District. I’m especially excited for all of us to dive into our Large-Scale Service Project, Strive to Thrive, which is a cause very close to my heart. Together, we’re going to build something powerful.
Fun Facts
- I’m a rising junior at St. Petersburg High School
- I love going to the beach, visiting local coffee shops, shopping, and exploring new places.
- I enjoy painting—especially portraits—and expressing myself through art.
- I run an Etsy shop where I sell handmade jewelry.
- My favorite movies are Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning and La La Land.
- Favorite foods: Sushi, pasta, and acai bowls—always!
- I love listening to Billie Eilish, SZA, and Tyler the Creator.
- I build miniature houses for fun—it’s a relaxing, creative challenge I love.
Looking Ahead
Although I haven’t decided on a specific college yet, I plan to study biology or biochemistry and pursue a pre-med track. I hope to one day become a physician, and Key Club has played a huge part in shaping that dream. Serving others through Key Club has taught me the importance of compassion, leadership, and advocacy—values that are essential in the world of medicine. This organization has given me the confidence and clarity to pursue a future where I can continue to make a meaningful impact.
