Eleanor Koh, your District Webmaster, is a student at St. Petersburg High School and is extremely excited to help lead the Florida District this year! Previously serving as a Key Club member and an active participant in the club’s Creative Committee, Eleanor’s technology skills, enthusiasm, and eye for design make her a passionate and skilled Webmaster.
Serving as the Florida District Webmaster involves running various social media pages, updating the website, and assisting club webmasters with technology or Keymmunity troubles. Eleanor’s main goal is to keep the website as updated as possible throughout the year to ensure every club has access to the necessary resources. Additionally, the Key Club core value she feels is most representative of her is leadership; Eleanor hopes that she will continue to grow as a servant leader on the board and help encourage others to do the same. She wrote that she is “elated to be able to contribute to Key Club in a meaningful way” through her responsibilities on the board.
In the future, Eleanor plans on studying biochemistry in college and later going on to med school. She is exceptionally passionate about helping others and believes that “creating a positive impact on others through acts of kindness can help you gain new understandings of the world around us.” Her love of kind acts and service is evident through her favorite service project, the Division 13 Mad Hatter Tea Party, where Key Clubbers and Kiwanians host a birthday celebration for underserved children in the area.
Outside of Key Club, Eleanor is an avid gymnast and enjoys listening to many varieties of music. Like many of the other Executives, her favorite food is sushi and Eleanor loves to enjoy it while making jewelry or watching Gilmore Girls. She cannot wait to continue serving as the year progresses and is excited to see all she can accomplish!
